Your own support team
Calls are answered by our own IT support staff based in Burscough. Customers get to know our engineers by name, with a small in-house team covering 1st, 2nd and senior/3rd-line support.
UK-wide when you need us
Our strongest presence is in North West England, but we genuinely support businesses throughout the UK and travel onsite when a fault or project requires it.
Short, sensible agreements
Our standard support agreements are 12 months. We aim to retain customers because of the service we provide, not because they are locked into unnecessarily long contracts.

- Standard support hours 08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday
- Business-critical 4-hour response SLA where included in the support agreement
- Flexible out-of-hours arrangements can be discussed where required
Services such as backup, monitoring, endpoint security and Microsoft management are tailored separately rather than hidden inside an over-complicated support bundle.
